Thank-You Richard. Having all that time with her before the reunion was a real blessing, it was a good vivsit, and in the days, weeks and years to come will be a great comfort.

A bagel in Springfield? No, Jerry, I do not know who threw that bagel. All contact between me and bagels has been strictly to make the coffee taste better and to make a newspaper last a little longer. I did roll a few pumpkins though.
Nancy, I am really sorry to hear about your mother-in-law! I hope you can take time to reflect and adjust and be close.

Many thanks to all who have expressed condoleces to us, it means so much. After seeing everyone Saturday night, I just felt I could express myself here, thanks to all for listening.
I had such a good time, it was so good to see everyone again. Marty had a better time at our reunion than he did at his last reunion (25th). Good night all
While I am here peeking in to see what's new, I'll stop for a bit to express my sorrow for the family loss you discovered, Nancy, upon your arrival back home. Please relay to Marty my condolences to him. I am also remembering that Richard had referred to his birthday in here just before our reunion along with volunteering to bring bagels to the meeting place for the parade. I forgot to ask you, Richard, which day was your birthday? Was it right on the day of our reunion? The first thing Larry Kruse said to me when I saw him Saturday night was that he remembered one day in the high school when I was returning my lunch tray to the window, and this bagel came careening across the cafeteria and hit me in the chest or in the side, and I didn't flinch a bit, just kept walking straight ahead with no reaction. How boring on my part, huh? It is never too late to retaliate for that, though. So Richard, were you in on that, or does anyone know who tossed that bagel at me?
I've been "talking" with Krishna Khalsa for a couple of days now. I sent her an invitation tonight so I imagine she'll stop by sometime soon. It's great to have more people joining all the time.
Hi Nancy, I'm sorry for your loss. I will also say prayers for you and your family. I had a wonderful time at the reunion. It was great to see everyone. I'm still amazed that 30 years have gone by! I also want to thank John for singing the Louie Armstrong song. You did a wonderful job and it was very appropriate for the occasion. I had the time of my life!! Talk to everyone soon
Hi Nancy, So sorry to hear the news, you all are in my thoughts and prayers.....

Hi Everyone, Just wanted you to know we made it home in one piece. We came home to some bad news, Marty's mom passed away. He has talked to his brother and dad, but we still don't have any details. She was in the hospital when we were at the reunion and we saw her before we left, she looked pretty good and her spirits were good. We are all in a state of shock right now, I just wanted to ask those of you who belive, to pray for us. Thanks, more later.
I also wanted to mention what a great time we had and thank everyone who had a hand in it. You did a fantasic job!!!
Well Richard, I sent a note this morning to the address you found for me. Let's hope it is in fact, the former Joanna Birsky. That would be quite wonderful. I'll let you know.
I noticed also this morning that Doug, Gail and Bart have all joined Blogger. Just looking though as I see no posts. Nice to have you here. I'm delighted the invitations are working.
In two days I'll be going into e-mail withdrawal. Dave and I will be going to his H.S. reunion in Fairhaven, MA on Saturday and then camping in Ossipee, NH until Sunday the 7th of July. It's good to be away from the phone and the TV but I do miss my computer, and my gardens. Speaking of which I think I'll go mulch before it gets really hot out.

Well, I've re-sent the list and I've sent invitations to Blogger to everyone who was added to the list and re-invited everyone who has not yet joined us. We'll see what happens. Joanna Birsky, now Krishna Khalsa shows an address on the list that when I write to it comes back as undeliverable so apparently there has been a change. If anyone knows her address, e-mail or snail mail I wish you'd let me know. i'd really like to get in touch with her. I understand she was moving from the Toronto Canada area. Where, I don't know.

Just a few words but I will make it longer later. I just got back from tearing down the float and looks like everything is all done and taken care of. Wow what a time we had.
I talked to Ron Young tonight and he is doing ok. Him and his wife, Linda and Don Brochu and Me and My Wife finished tearing down the float and hauling everything away.
Right now all I can say is Thanks to all who made it possible for this to happen. It was a time that allot of us will not forget. I do have some pictures and I am putting
everything together from start to finish on a cd so that we can all enjoy those moments. I will give you more detail on all that later. Right now I just want to get some rest
and relax for a few days. I should have brought more then one pair of dancing shoes. But at least my legs still have it in them. The Louie Armstrong song I thought was
good for all of us for that night because it was a wonderful world that we had that night. I admit that I had a few more drinks then I should have had but it was so great
walking around and talking to everybody. I talked to Ron Young and told him that it was everything that he had wanted it to be. He was so happy to hear that. And yes we did
discuss that maybe we don't have to wait another five years to get together again. He talked about doing something for next year to give some of those who couldn't make it
a chance to get together and everybody that did make it hopes to make it again. But we will talk and keep everybody up to date on those thoughts. But there was certainly allot of
positive reactions to our 30th reunion. I am going to get some rest so there are many names I would love to mention here but right now just let me say THANKS SO MUCH for
making this one of the best times that I ever had with my fellow classmates. You all made it possible and I know we can do it again..........
Nancy, I can't see any reason to disband this site. I'm sure Brian didn't intend it ony for use pre reunion. It's free and you could even build a site of your own separately if you want. So I think we're good to go for as long as people keep coming! Brian please correct me if I'm wrong.

I sent the updated list a minute ago and I'll send invites to 20 more people tomorrow.

The reunion was a lot of fun. My first sight back home was Jerry! Just driving into town we passed him just beyond the exit. I got all excited and laughed and waved. Dave just laughs at me. He's very tolerant of my foolishness. I spent so much time Sat night amazed at the people who were there. It was wonderful to see so many people. Even walking in the rain was fun. It didn't matter, we were all just talking and walking. The new education ctr. built on to the high school was remarkable. I wish we could have gotten a tour of the school though. Dave and I drove around town quite a bit looking at everything. My yard has been turned in a parking lot. Janice said she thinks there's a business in my old house. Ick. But the Hartness House was lovely. We stayed in Lena's Room. It was large and had canopy beds and lots of lace everywhere.
Thanks again and again for all of you who worked so tirelessly to put this weekend together for us. I hope all of you had as much fun as I did.
I had such a good time! The parade road crew; dinner & drinks; the dance party; Kelly-Ricky-Larry's wife singing karaoke back-up for me?!?!? So many great laughs, so many really nice connections. Thanks to all!!!!
We were wondering, and I forgot to ask Brian King, but is this site still going to be up? I didn't know if it was just for the reunion or if it was going to continue. If someone knows, please update us.
Yes Karen, it was really great to see everyone..........I tried to take pictures, and we'll see if they come out. Alot of cudos to everyone that made it such a success. I hadn't seen anyone there in 30 years, so it has been a while, and I enjoyed getting reaquainted. It was good to see that we all were basically the same as high school, just a little older, and wiser(maybe by now?).

Wooly Bully! I'll jot down a few things here for Karen and any others curious at how things went. Others will no doubt add comments as they return home. I had an absolute blast right from 5 o'clock Friday at Exit 7 of I-91 (right, Pat?) until 12:20 this morning. I hope to savor the memories for quite a while. Thanks to all who came and brought their spouses or other guests with them and created a great spirit about all the events. It was a wet hour from 9:30 to 10:30 Saturday morning at the meeting spot for the parade with two different rain showers, the second one pretty heavy, but it quit for the next hour or so to let the parade proceed on schedule. Our great float was awarded first place for the Most Original category, $100. Quite a number of first-timers came to the evening gathering including Kelly Harrington from San Diego, Rick and Roger Belville from CA and AZ, Dave Perrin from NC, and Nancy Constantine Cordle from CT and this Blogger site. Some may also remember Ricky Guarino who was with our class until her family moved away, and she did not graduate with us. We were also graced by the attendance of Samantha Laplante, the delightful 15-month-old daughter of Bob and Ellen, with six teeth and enjoying eating and wearing her first rice. She even made it out onto the dance floor. Please say a little prayer for the health of Ron Young who was not able to attend last night along with Debbie due to a medical issue. I spoke with him on the phone at his home before I left Springfield this afternoon, and he underwent tests yesterday and this morning which have not revealed anything yet. He is to see his own doctor tomorrow. Pat will be adding many e-mail addresses to the list, and John will be producing some kind of a CD for all to enjoy. Only about 50 days now till John's first anniversary with Peggy. You're on the home stretch now! Good night, too, Pat.
Hello out there fellow revelers! Dave and I got in a little bit ago. Mostly rain all the way back but its done. Hope everyone else gets home safely. We had a great time over the weekend. I'll get started tomorrow on the new list of e-mail addresses and add all the folks who signed on at the party. This will be a pretty long list. I'll send them all invitation to blogger too. Good night all!
